TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF OUR SHOP
The sale of alcohol is forbidden to minors, therefore the site is aimed only at users who are over 18 years of age or the age required by the terms of the law in force in their country of residence.
EXPOSED PRICES:
All product prices are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Any additional costs will be expressly indicated in the order form.
They do not include any taxes, duties or customs duties applicable in the country of destination. These costs, which differ from country to country, will therefore be borne directly by the customer.
They do not include transport costs, which will be calculated at the time of purchase based on the weight of the goods, the number of items selected and / or the destination address. Free shipping will be expressly indicated for certain products or for exceeding a certain spending limit.
The goods to private customers will be delivered with a receipt. Only at the specific request of the Customer at the time of the order will it be possible to issue the invoice – reserved only for operators who have requested it at the order confirmation – and will be sent after the delivery of the goods.
The prices, descriptions or availability of the products displayed are subject to change without notice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
In case of non-collection within 3 working days of the material in stock at the courier’s warehouses due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the order will be automatically canceled.
Based on the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 185/99, the consumer / customer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without any penalty, within 10-14 days of receipt of the goods, by sending, within this period, of an explicit declaration (it must contain the indication of the product and the order number) by registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated below:
Lanciola Farm – Via Imprunetana for pozzolatico 210 – FI;
or with an email to the address amministrazione@lanciola.it.
Please note that if you withdraw from the purchase contract, the costs for shipping to our office will be fully borne by the Customer. To receive the refund, the goods must be intact and complete in all their parts with original packaging. Attention, products sent after the deadline to our warehouse without the above requirements cannot be refunded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must also choose between one of the following possibilities:
– Payment of a purchase voucher: which must be spent within one year of its generation, under penalty of forfeiture of the credit.
– Replacement of the goods
– Re-credit of the money (through the same payment method used in the first transaction.
The reimbursement concerns the price of the product and the costs of first shipment and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING COSTS
The goods will be shipped via our trusted couriers depending on the area required for delivery.Your order will be packaged in suitable and safe packaging and at the time of shipment an email notification of shipment will be issued containing a courier reference and a reference number to check and track the status of your shipment.
Italy: Delivery 3-4 working days, the cost of shipping is calculated by the system during the order.
European Union: Delivery 4-5 working days, the cost of shipping is calculated by the system when placing the order.
Extra UE: Delivery 7-10 working days, the cost of shipping will be calculated by the system during the order.
The invoice or receipt attached to the delivery of the goods must be kept as a valid document for the guarantee.
If at the time of delivery you notice damaged products by the courier, you will have to reject the package by signing the delivery note “With Reserve”. We will take care to send you a new package completely at our expense.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
For deliveries made in Italy: Credit Card (CartaSi, AMEX Visa and Mastercard circuits).
For deliveries made abroad: Credit Card (CartaSi, Visa and Mastercard circuits).

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
If the purchased products show any anomalies (for example the smell and taste of cork), the Customer must report it to us via email amministrazione@lanciola.it within 24 months of purchase. The report must be accompanied by the order number and the product name. The product must be returned with at least 2/3 of the original content and with the cap appropriately trimmed and in the original packaging. The Customer may request the replacement or refund of the cost of the product.
The buyer must return the goods to Fattoria Castelvecchio at his expense. Due to the anti-terrorism law, we cannot recover goods outside Italy, so we invite foreign customers to contact us by e-mail at: amministrazione@lanciola.it to activate a return procedure.
The costs to be incurred for crossing other countries to their destination are borne by the shipper and customs operations in the country of arrival including the settlement of all charges on the goods in the country of destination.
Any returns will be managed with the DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) formula.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
The assortment of products on the website www.lanciola.it reflects the exact availability of the same. The images accompanying the information sheets of a product or offer may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in size and accessory products shown in the figure.
In the event that the order cannot be processed as requested by the customer, Azienda Agricola Lanciola will promptly notify the same with a new MAIL, and the order will be deemed canceled.
